Fleece Soaker and Balm!

So I received a XL fleece soaker and a sample of lavender balm from Karen Hare of Beanpops Fluffy Butt Diapers! The first thing I noticed when I opened the package of the items was the amazing smell of the balm! It was sweet smelling and great.

The fleece soaker was too big over a prefold but fits amazing on over a fitted with a bamboo/hemp doubler! I use it every night with my fitted! Its soft and works awesome with my Dappi brand fitted. I personally never thought I'd like soakers. I thought they would smell bad or leak too much. (Don't like the idea they aren't waterproof!) But they work awesome!


 Now the balm.. ohh goodness does this stuff smell good! I use it on my hands, Zj's bottom, and pretty much anything thats dry and itchy!
Ingredients - Shea butter, coconut oil, beeswax, calendula oil, vitamin e oil, tea tree oil and lavender essential oil.

So It's all natural and she can make it unscented!

All Bout' Cute hair bow review!

  I know that Zj is a boy. But I have a little cousin that wore them each for a couple minutes. (She was being difficult.) But I tried both of the bows given to me by Shayla Burks of All Bout' Cute Designs and was able to shake my head without them falling out. Cool huh?

The price of these beautiful bows are 12.50 each but the bows range from 8$-12.50$.
She doesn't only make bows but she also makes interchangables which are little interchangable covers for iphones/ipods (And other phones for a bit more ) which range from 1$-5$ are you put them in a clear cover! Awesome right?
Shayla also makes non-slid socks, you can find these in her For the Boys album on facebook (For the Boys Album.) I couldn't find a price for these but you can ask her. =)

Lone Star Baby Rumps

 Lone Star Rumps Pocket diapers are awesome! I'm in love with this diaper. The bamboo insert is soo soft and the hemp/bamboo blend insert is perfect for naps!

The fit of these diapers are great. They are snug but not tight. Trim and smooth.

The inside of the diaper is microsuede  and the outterside is PUL. Very well placed snaps.

The first time I put him in this diaper he pooped in 5 mins.. Depressing but no stains!

Also when Amber Adams from Lone Star Baby Rumps sent the diaper she sent me my invoice plus 3 pages of instructions on sizing, washing, and such! It was really cool because it was my first time using bamboo so i did not know it needed to be prepped like it does. 5 washes with soap on hot/warm awesome right?

Soft Sophia's Custom Fluffy Accessories Review!

           I first came across Jennifer of Soft Sophia's Custom Fluffy Accessories on Facebook in a group called Diaper Swappers. We trade two of my pockets for her handmade wetbag and a half dozen wipes! She let me pick the print I want. Sadly she didn't have very many boy prints at the time. But I got a dark green camouflage print which I love! (Big camo lover here.)  Oh and since she had extra cloth she made my small wetbag into a medium. Awesome right? The wetbag and wipes are VERY well made.

As you can see the wipes aren't the softest cotton on the white side. but the camo is super soft just not fuzzy. =) (not her fault that the cat slept on her fabric pile the night before so she used a different fabric not the flannel she normally uses. ))

Rockin' Green Detergent Review!

   First off.. after I asked about reviewing the detergent, they emailed me back within 24hours asked me what 3 detergents I wanted and then said I could also do a giveaway. How awesome is that? I received my 3 samples of my choice 2 days later. Fast shipping and big samples. 2-4 loads I believe. I have yet to use them and will get to that later today ;)

Scents I picked and received - Bare Naked Babies, Smashin' Watermelon, Lavender Mint Revival.

Later that day...

Used on the Smashin' Watermelon detergent on diapers and then clothes after! It smells amazing! It made my diapers smell clean but not like watermelons, and I think they were fluffier and softer then normal! I'm very happy with this detergent now I just need to see how Zj's bottom takes to it!

Who are we?

Well to answer that question we are mother and son. My name is Kelsey, I am a 19 year old mother who clothdiaper, formula/babyfood feeds and doesn't cosleep. I believe in the ''cry it out method'' too.

I was born and raised in Rockford, Illinois. I am BEARS fan. I hate hot weather and love the fact we have all four seasons.

When I started cloth diapering a month after Zj was born I thought it was the most amazing softest thing ever! I used a local diaper service called Baby Bear Diaper Service. The owner Carolyn is amazing and I will be posting a blog/review about them soon! But about 2 weeks ago I decided I had an absolut addiction to cloth diapers, which brings me to this blog. I want to post a blog to show mommas who don't understand cloth diapering and still thing its pins and plastic pants that it isn't and its so great to you and your baby!
